1 pound Boars Head Ham shaved thin
1 pound of Boars Head Swiss Cheese
1 pack of Hawaiian bread rolls
1 stick of butter
2 TBS sugar
1 TBS minced union
1 TBS poppy seed
2 TBS spicy mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop ham and cheese into small slices. Prepare a cookie sheet. Break the bread and slice in half. Careful to slice open with a bread knife so that you don’t mush your bread! Spread sauce on both sides of your bread. Add small slice of ham and cheese and put the rolls back together. Bake at 250 for 20 minutes.
What is GREAT about these little sandwiches is that they can be made ahead and frozen or put in the fridge and just pop them in the oven the next day! If they are frozen, cook them for longer.
You may want to make 2 batches, these will disappear!
