3- STEP TEAM-INSPIRED PANCAKES

Ingredients

Pancake Mix
Syrup
Food Coloring

Tools– Griddle, Spatula, Ziploc Bag, Mixing Bowls x2, Sissors.

STEP 1:  Prepare 2 bowls of pancake mix, using food coloring to color each one with team colors.

STEP 2:  Add one color to a small Ziploc Bag and cut a small hole in one corner to make a piping bag.

STEP 3:  Make Pancakes as directed on box. Before flipping over pipe desired logo, school name, etc. on the uncooked side. Flip over and finish cooking process.

MIXED BERRIES w/ LEMON ZEST and Mint

Ingredients

Mix all ingredients

2 cups each: Strawberries (Halved), Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries.
1/4 cup sugar
Juice from Two Lemons and 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. Chopped Mint

Tip: Add to Pancakes along with whipping cream.

EGG, BACON AND CHIVE SCRAMBLE

Ingredients:

1 Dozen Eggs
1/2 cup of Milk
4 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Cup White Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped chives
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. In large mixing bowl, wisk together 12 eggs, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
3. Cook Eggs in batches on griddle, sprinkling cheese and bacon in egg mixture about mid way through cooking process.
