1 tube refrigerated croissant rolls.
1 medium apple sliced fairly thin.
3/4 package cream cheese with about 2 tablespoons brown sugar and a tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves.
Follow package instructions for croissant rolls adding the following before rolling into croissant shape.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each peice of dough before rolling. Lay 1 piece of Apple on top of mixture and roll up as usual, but pinch closed all the holes so filling doesn’t ooze out. Sprinkle each with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake according to croissant package.
