Who to Sit & Who to Play Week 3

Who to sit:

Tony Romo: injured, out for 8 weeks.

DeMarco Murray: low production, I would for at least one week and then gauge how he’s performing.

Jay Cutler: injured, out for a couple of weeks.

Bears D: allowed the Cardinals 48 points and they’re playing a Seahawks team this week who is bent on proving something – which is dangerous.

Jameis Winston: a rookie going against one of the best defenses in the league is too much of a variable for me. I expect a lot of sacks for Winston on Sunday.

Drew Brees: injured, could miss a couple of weeks.

Jason Witten: injured, even if he does play he won’t be 100% and you could use the roster spot for a TE who is a 100%.

Who to watch and possibly sit:

Matt Stafford: injured, unclear whether he’ll play yet

Eddie Lacy: injured, left game against Seahawks early. X-rays were negative but it’s unclear whether he’ll play against the Chiefs next Monday.

Who to play:

Anybody from the Patriots offense: The Patriots are playing a Jaguars defense that allowed Tannehill 359 yards passing and allowed an average of 6.2 yards per offensive play. The Patriots could be explosive with allowances like that.

Falcons defense: Playing a shaken up and injured Cowboys team whose backup QB is prone to interceptions and fumbles.

Adrian Peterson: Playing the Chargers this week who allowed Bengals RB Giovanni Bernard 123 rushing yards last week.
